Annotation The creation of small-size semiconductor lasers at wavelength 405 nm allows to realize reading sys-tems with resolution which provides information reading from 27–30 Gbyte disk carriers. In such reading systems is supposed to use diffraction-limited optics with the maximum resolution (the numerical aper-ture of a focusing objective is 0,95). Since the resolution of a master disk recording system should exceed almost two times the resolution of an optical reading system it is necessary to develop special master disk recording systems. In the paper is given an analysis of optical master disk recording systems for manufacturing new-generation CDs. Fig.: 3. Refs.: 22 titles.
Key words immersion, photoresist, resolution, diffraction, near-field recording.
